What a Great Waterfront Home this is! The beautiful wide sandy beach access is only a three minute walk away. You will walk into this large 4,000 sq.ft.home with character. Game room with cypress walls will put you back in time with the Old Florida Key West feeling.
This large room is on the entry level. Pool table,foosball table, electronic dart game, bunk beds, bathroom with shower. LCD TV/DVD/VCR on a swivel wall mount for your entertainment.
From this room outback you will enter the
screen porch. This porch is very accommodating with small refrigerator/freezer for your pool side beverages and snacks. Table and bar seats 10 people. Also, Weber gas grill in the screen porch along with the large weber grill upstairs on the top deck. This screened porch leads to the very large heated pool and hot tub.
Play some water volleyball in the pool or just relax on the floating loungers or in the hot tub while enjoying the views. This is a very large pool and fun for all.
As you walk up the wide stairway from the front entrance and foyer, you will feel like you are in paradise with the large palm tree surrounding you. As you enter the living room, looking out the wide glass doors to the most beautiful water views and sunsets you have ever seen. Living room has a wood stove, two leather sofas, and a Baby Grand Piano for you to enjoy if you are musically inclined.
The large master bedroom has a massive king size bed with craftmatic mattress which vibrates and is an adjustable bed with remote controls for each side. Quality linens and down blanket for your comfort. Large TV/DVD/VCR in the armoire with plenty of movies. A large walk in closet for your belongings. Tiled master bathroom with tub/shower and closet full of quality towels. This master bedroom has large glass doors to the top deck with table and chairs and umbrella, and the stainless grill. Beautiful views from this room. Kitchen, living room, and master bedroom all have glass doors to the top deck and views of the waterway.
The great room has a very comfy sofa you will fall asleep in while watching the 52" LCD Sony Bravo TV. You will really enjoy this picture and sound on this TV! Great for your entertainment and football fans to watch your favorite game. Also, DVD/VCR and movies. There is also a high top bar table for two and wicker chair for extra seating. Views of the waterway through the large window from this room.
Second bedroom has a large queen leather sleigh bed and a twin bed with quality linens. This room also has views of the waterway through the large window and a 20" TV/DVD.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with quality linens. This room also has a full size mahogany desk with Wirless high speed internet connection for your computer or for those whom bring your work with you on vacation. Plenty of drawers and room for paperwork. Also, a TV/DVD. Tiled bathroom with shower between these two bedrooms and a closet full of quality towels and beach towels.
The fourth bedroom is another master suite with comfortable king size bed with quality linens. This room has a private bathroom with a round shower. Also, TV/DVD.
Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with double ovens, stainless small appliances, Kitchenaid stainless side by side refrigerator and dishwasher, 100 sq.ft. of granite countertops, 48 cabinets with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils you will need. More beautiful views from the kitchen with glass doors to the top deck with stairs to the pool area.
This home has a small fishing dock which many people have caught flounder, red fish, catfish, etc. Best of all and very unique is your own private boat ramp in the back yard. Bring your boat or watercraft and enjoy fishing or you may use my 14 ft. jon boat with 4 stroke 9.9 Honda motor for $99/day. Garage doors in the front and rear of garage to utilize this boat ramp. This ramp is perfect for my 15.5 Boston Whaler (not included), or the kayaks included with this home. A larger boat will have to use the boat ramp closeby. Small quiet public boat ramp is only a one minute walk away.
You will really enjoy the two tandem kayaks complete with life jackets and paddles. Ready for you to launch in your own back yard.
Extras for larger families or the holidays include a portable table with 12 chairs, a full size bed for extra sleeping needs, included with all linens. Portable crib and high chair available upon request.
For those who want to bring your boat:
The picture of the boat ramp and fishing pier on this web page is on the other side of the home next to my home. It is perfect for launching large and small boats. It has just been completely re-done and is great even when the tide is low. There isn't much traffic since it is mainly for the neighborhood. Great for you and me.
I have added thousands of square feet of pavers to the back yard. It looks wonderful and great for weddings.
By the way, my dog and best friend "Hank" is posing for a picture by the hot tub. He is a big teddy bear. I sometimes call him "Hanky Panky". He loves children and wants to play with every dog he meets. He is usually with me all the time.
Larger families and small weddings may be charged extra fee.

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna DeNapoli, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Florida Coastal St. Augustine Realty on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. Julie is a champion pro rodeo barrel racer. She has 4 horses and won 1st place in the rodeo on "Comet" her champion horse. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. My grandbaby is a beautiful blue eyed happy baby that is always smiling. TJ and Kayla were married on November 15, 2008 at my # 7 home. They had a beautiful wedding. My grandbaby, Jayden wore a tuxedo and was the ring bearer.
